They got me a more-full-cup of Smoothie and the waitress was very friendly. You can look at the photo to see how full the smoothie was originally. Would recommend again and would go again.

Customer service was perfectly good when I went, maybe some of the other reviewers got unprofessional staff but it's not always like that. Great casual atmosphere. Comfy chairs, semi-secluded booths, charming wall decorations, you name it. Their croissants and coffee really are up to par too.

our trip here was great!! the service was great, we were greeted nicely as we came in, my questions about iced lattes were answered with all accurate info. i got a hazelnut latte and a asiago breakfast bagel, the lady offered upgrades! my partner got a raspberry lemonade and a chicken caesar salad wrap with cheese. they delivered our drinks and food to the table we sat at, totally didn’t expect them too but the staff was so friendly and kind! we’ll be visiting soon again to try more drinks

A comfortable space to meet and chat, with some nice drinks and snacks. And check out the Lego displays! When I was there, there was a giant Eiffel tower! Nice

If you're in Stradford, you have to get something from here. Their food and drinking are amazing . Customer serives terrific and friendly

We grabbed a coffee just 3 minutes before closing time and had the most amazing experience at Stratford. Our server, Primal, was very kind and made really good coffee. Highly recommend visiting during a trip to Stratford.
